Job Title: HR Business Partner

Join our team as an HR Business Partner at Summit HR, where you will play a key role in shaping the company's HR strategy and supporting business objectives.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior management to implement the company's vision and strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a full generalist HR service to the business, including developing and implementing the People Plan, managing high-profile Employee Relations cases, and designing initiatives around Acquisitions, Employee Engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the People Plan to support over 3000 employees.
  • Manage high-profile Employee Relations cases to tribunal level.
  • Design and implement initiatives around Acquisitions, Employee Engagement, and retention.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and identify learning and development opportunities.
  • Build positive relationships with managers and employees to ensure they are engaged with the company vision and strategy.
Requirements
  • Significant experience of working in a large business with constant change.
  • Proven track record of managing complex employee bases and multi-site roles.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience of working up to tribunal level.
  • Project management experience and ability to work at pace.
