About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR division at Meridian Business Support. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business success through effective HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior leaders to advise and lead on all aspects of HR, including policy, process, employee relations, talent acquisition, coaching, and development.
  • Support the business in driving and managing change, using change management tools and processes to ensure teams continue to operate effectively.
  • Provide quality HR expertise and advice to different teams through proactive, innovative, and solutions-focused business partnering.
  • Be approachable and provide support to staff and managers during change initiatives and business as usual activities.
  • Contribute to reward decisions, ensuring compliance with market factors, fairness, and consistency.
  • Influence and be part of project teams delivering business strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on HR issues, opportunities, and development plans and achievements through HR data analysis.
Requirements
  • Experience as a People Business Partner or similar role.
  • CIPD level 5 or above or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer

  • Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
  • Hybrid working role.
  • Contracted to 37.5 hours a week.
