Job Title: Vista Sales Team Leader

About the Role:

Hays Travel is seeking a confident and sales-driven individual to lead our Vista Sales Call Centre team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of agents to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead by example while motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Maximise team sales through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Proactively identify and address performance and conduct issues.
  • Conduct daily enquiry audits and KPI reviews to ensure team performance.
  • Assist in emergency or operational difficulties and provide support to the team.
  • Build and maintain relationships between departments and divisions.
  • Provide motivational and inspiring weekly team sessions.
  • Assist with call monitoring and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Effectively communicate and promote organisational changes.
  • Encourage training opportunities within the workplace.
  • Motivate, praise, and encourage staff through open and honest communication.
  • Ensure administration and customer service standards are upheld and in line with company standards.

Experience:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Excellent product knowledge.
  • Worked within a Travel Sales environment.
  • Experience of leading a team (essential, but not required).
