Role Overview

Are you someone who possesses a confident demeanor, sharp attention to detail, and is proficient in utilizing CRM systems or similar platforms?

We are currently seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Relations Coordinator, your primary focus will be to provide exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they receive the correct products promptly and consistently. You will assist customers in exploring various product options while upholding our esteemed reputation within the construction sector.

Your main duties will include:

  • Delivering sales support to a diverse clientele interested in our products and systems.
  • Taking ownership of customer inquiries and collaborating with team members on issues related to customer service.
  • Providing internal support to our field sales team.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous, while experience with a CRM system is essential.
