We seek a dedicated individual who can take charge of customer concerns, working collaboratively with colleagues on inquiries, returns, and other customer service-related matters. Additionally, you will serve as internal support for our field sales team. Over time, you will become a dormakaba product specialist, staying informed about new developments and product launches in the industry.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable customer service role
  • Ability to comprehend products and their life cycles
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous; experience with a CRM system is essential
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • High level of self-motivation
