Job Overview:

The Healthcare Administrative Specialist will serve in a vital role, providing comprehensive support within a medical environment. This position involves managing patient interactions, including answering inquiries, welcoming patients, and directing communications to the appropriate personnel, both within and outside the healthcare unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate appointment scheduling while accurately interpreting and confirming provider directives in alignment with national healthcare scheduling protocols.
  • Maintain effective communication channels to ensure seamless operations and patient satisfaction.
  • Adhere to established guidelines and procedures to uphold the integrity of the healthcare service delivery.

Work Schedule:

Contractors are expected to work eight hours a day, five days a week, ensuring consistent availability to meet the needs of the healthcare facility.

Contractual Obligations:

It is essential for the contractor to fulfill the specified duties throughout the contract duration. Any absence from the required services may result in adjustments to the contract costs during each billing cycle. The agency will be responsible for any leave entitlements, including sick leave, vacation time, and recognized federal holidays.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required for entry-level consideration. Both educational background and relevant experience will be taken into account.
