Employment Type: Long Term Contract
Job Overview:
We are seeking two full-time Healthcare Administrative Specialists to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support within a healthcare environment. The specialist will be tasked with managing patient interactions, including answering inquiries, welcoming patients, and effectively communicating messages to the relevant personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments while ensuring compliance with national scheduling protocols.
- Interpret and validate provider orders to facilitate seamless patient care.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with patients and staff.
Work Schedule:
Contractors will be expected to work eight hours a day, five days a week.
Contractual Obligations:
It is imperative that contractors are present and actively engaged in their duties for the duration of the contract. Any absence may result in adjustments to the contract costs during billing cycles. The responsibility for any leave, including sick leave and vacation, lies with the Agency.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required for entry-level positions.
