About Our Client
Our client is a compassionate young woman in her late 20s.
Currently, she resides in a care facility, and we are assembling a care team to assist her transition back to her adapted home environment.
She is a sociable individual, and we are looking for enthusiastic and friendly professionals to provide overnight care through 12-hour shifts, from 7 PM to 7 AM (with sleep-in hours from 11 PM to 6 AM).
Your shift will begin at 7 PM, where you will provide attentive care, assist her with her nighttime routine, and ensure she is settled in bed.
As she requires support for daily activities, including meal preparation, medication management, personal care, and clinical interventions, your role will be vital in her care journey.
Our client prefers to be in bed by 10 PM and often enjoys watching television to relax for the evening.
Throughout the night, you will remain vigilant and ready to respond to any needs that may arise, while also creating a tranquil environment to promote restful sleep.
In case of urgent assistance, she can alert her care team using a voice-activated device controlled through her iPad.
Important Requirements
It is essential that you possess a valid UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle.

To qualify for this position, you must have experience in the following areas:
- A minimum of 3 months' prior care experience
- Medication Management
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Valid Driver's Licence
Experience with the following clinical needs is preferred but not mandatory:
- Spinal Injury Management
- Catheter Care
- Cough Assist
- Awareness of Autonomic Dysreflexia
Available Shifts
- Sleep-In Night Shifts
- 2 shifts per week
- 7 PM - 7 AM (sleep-in from 11 PM – 6 AM)
Compensation
Approximately £152.00 per 12-hour shift.
Enhanced rates are available for Bank Holidays, increasing to approximately £165.00 per 12-hour shift.
