Client Operations Manager

Role Overview: We are currently seeking a Client Operations Manager to assist the Client Account Manager in leading the team and serving as a primary contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspiring and guiding the enforcement team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources.
  • Managing all written customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Developing and overseeing the monthly enforcement strategy while tracking performance metrics.
  • Contributing to the establishment of Quality Assurance protocols and procedures.
  • Administering the implementation and cancellation of parking suspensions.
  • Overseeing the budget for consumable items.
  • Managing vehicle costs and maintenance through effective process management and telematics.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Highly organized and self-driven.
  • Experience in reporting and presenting to senior management.
