Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Center Manager to lead our SOC function and drive the implementation of a new cloud-native clearing and custody system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive SOC strategy to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
  • Lead a team of security professionals to monitor and respond to security incidents, and develop and implement incident response plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks, and develop and implement security controls to protect our systems and data.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies, and recommend strategic investments to enhance our security posture.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a SOC management role, with a strong background in security operations, incident response, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of security professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate complex security risks.
  • Experience with cloud-native security technologies and architectures, including cloud security gateways, cloud access security brokers, and cloud workload protection platforms.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulations, and standards, including NIST, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
