Primary Care Careers is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to become a vital part of our team, working on a part-time schedule.
Our administrative team operates in a collaborative environment, managing both front desk responsibilities and back-office tasks. This role involves handling incoming calls through a structured queuing system, ensuring efficient communication throughout the day. Additionally, the team assists with various administrative duties, including managing emails, addressing inquiries, and performing document scanning as required.

Key Responsibilities

Flexibility is essential, as there may be occasions where additional hours are required to support team members.
