Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and retention.
- Quote Preparation and Submission: Prepare and submit quotes to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accurate pricing and product information.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer requests and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, providing technical support and guidance to customers as needed.
Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: Up to £30,000 basic salary, with a realistic annual bonus of 10-20%.
