We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team at Focus Resourcing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in internal sales and customer service, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  3. Provide specialist technical support and product knowledge to clients
  4. Manage customer accounts to ensure timely and effective resolution of queries and issues
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in sales and account management, with a strong track record of success
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  3. Ability to learn new products and services quickly and effectively
  4. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
