Office Operations Coordinator

This role involves a hybrid working arrangement, combining remote work with time spent at designated office locations, ensuring a full-time commitment of 37 hours each week.
Key RequirementsCandidates should possess a minimum of 3 National 4s or equivalent qualifications (including English) or demonstrate relevant experience in an office setting.
Core ResponsibilitiesThe successful applicant will deliver a comprehensive Business Support Service, which includes managing workload distribution, front desk operations, and utilizing digital systems and software effectively.
As part of the Business Support team, collaboration with colleagues will be essential to enhance processes and practices.
Candidate ProfileApplicants should have experience in data entry, maintenance, and retrieval of information across various IT software platforms, as well as experience in preparing management reports and extracting necessary data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, is required, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, numerical aptitude, and organizational capabilities.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while working independently with minimal supervision are crucial.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals and demonstrate flexibility, as there may be a need to work from different locations.
