Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Search. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and bookkeeping support to our finance team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transactions: Manage daily cash receipts, process invoices, and reconcile company accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns, compile and process payroll, and maintain business records.
  • Financial Operations: Establish and maintain processes for timely supplier payments, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, and process expense claims.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation of month-end reports and provide financial insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in an accounts assistant role or similar, with a strong understanding of financial operations and bookkeeping principles.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience.
