Job DescriptionAbout The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Case Manager with Porsche. As a key member of our Customer Interaction Centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported throughout their interaction with us.

The Customer Interaction Centre is a critical component of RAC Motoring Services' customer service strategy, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed and accurate advice to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
