We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Porsche Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our Customer Interaction Centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction with our customers is a positive and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all customer interactions professionally, investigating thoroughly and promptly to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Take personal ownership of customer complaints and enquiries, ensuring that every customer is kept regularly updated throughout the life cycle of the issue.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with all members of the team, delivering exceptional service at all times to protect the brand and promote retention.
- Convey decisions clearly, effectively, and professionally in verbal and written format across a variety of media.
- Continuously develop individual specialist knowledge, including vehicle and warranty information, Porsche Connect Services, and regulatory compliance.
- Build relationships with Porsche Centres and maintain communication with them when necessary.
- Ensure that all goodwill gestures are individually tailored and reflect the inconvenience the customer has experienced.
