About the Role

Porsche Retail Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator / Service Quality Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical support to our team of vehicle technicians and ensure adherence to Porsche's service process and warranty standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the progression of submitted warranty claims
  • Drive and improve the overall productivity of the workshop
  • Increase customer satisfaction through effective handling of warranty related inquiries
  • Monitor warranty claims process, ensuring correct time recording and reducing claim error rates
What We Offer
  • A basic salary of up to GBP37,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Bonus up to 10% of Basic Salary
  • 33 days holiday per year (Including Bank holidays), with extra days for long service
