Warranty Administrator

Porsche Retail Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator / Service Quality Specialist. In this role, you will provide technical support to our team of vehicle technicians and drive quality control, including final vehicle testing.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the world's most iconic brands and join our Porsche Centre Reading team. If you have a technical background within automotive, a passion for customer service, and upholding quality and processes, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the progression of submitted warranty claims
- Ensure adherence to Porsche's service process and warranty standards
- Drive and improve the overall productivity of the workshop
- Increase customer satisfaction through effective handling of warranty-related inquiries
- Monitor warranty claims process, ensuring correct time recording and reducing claim error rates
A competitive salary of up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a bonus of up to 10% of Basic Salary.
