We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Business Development team as a Customer Platform Product Manager. This role will play a critical part in driving our digital transformation strategy, focusing on the development and implementation of our customer platform and connected services.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the company-wide integrated customer platform and enabler technologies, creating a seamless customer ecosystem and connected experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Platform Management: Be the subject matter expert on customer-facing system alignment across the business, promoting and encouraging the integration of systems into the Porsche Ecosystem.
  • Product Ownership: Act as the local product owner for the customer platform, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify initiatives and opportunities in conjunction with our global HQ digital teams.
  • Project Management: Project manage the implementation of all customer platform ecosystem initiatives, working closely with product managers to ensure all initiatives are optimized for the UK and Irish markets.
  • Feature Management: Manage the lifecycle of customer platform features to ensure they remain relevant, optimized, and add value for our customers.
  • Customer Support: Provide expert-level support for the customer platform to the Porsche Centre network and internal stakeholders, including the Customer Relations Hub.
  • Compliance: Work with global HQ and internal stakeholders to ensure all customer platform features are compliant with relevant UK laws.
  • Marketing and Communications: Define and execute strategies with the Marketing Communications Department to promote the customer platform and customer benefits.
  • Analytics: Analyze customer platform insights to measure engagement and usage of the ecosystem and each feature.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of emerging technologies like electric vehicles, connectivity, and infotainment systems.
  • Business Acumen: Passionate about the automotive industry with a good knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and technologies.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong networker with proven ability to bring together various stakeholders to work towards a common goal.
  • Project Management: Proven track record in managing complex, time-bound projects.
  • Customer Focus: Highly customer-focused with a proven ability to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient at working with all levels in an organization.
