About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to lead the development and implementation of our customer platform. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, and ensuring that our customer platform meets the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Platform Development: Lead the development and implementation of our customer platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business outcomes.
- Product Management: Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage and influence stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Project Management: Manage and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer data and insights to inform product development and drive business growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services.
- Experience: Proven experience in product management, digital transformation, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, computer science, or engineering.
