MUFG is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of our Operational Resilience framework. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of operational risk and resilience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Operational Resilience framework, aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance operational resilience awareness and skills across the organization.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development of business continuity plans and crisis management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the EU Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
- Proven experience in operational risk management, business continuity, and resilience.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including DORA and the UK Operational Resilience Policy Statements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels, with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
