Operational Resilience Governance Lead

MUFG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Operational Resilience Team as a Vice President, Operational Resilience Governance. This role will be responsible for developing, embedding, and managing the Operational Resilience framework, tools, and methodologies in line with regulatory requirements to enable the achievement of MUFG's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including Service Owners, Resource Owners, and Operational Resilience Coordinators, to ensure compliance with regulatory expectations.
- Coordinate operational resilience governance forums, including maintaining diary entries, attendance tracking, and membership, as well as managing actions and decisions as part of minute taking.
- Ensure all documentation related to operational resilience is updated in line with governance and regulatory requirements, including policy, framework, procedures, self-assessment, and report on ICT risk management.
- Be the central point of contact for Change Management projects and support the assurance of operational resilience requirements across the project lifecycle.
- Support the creation of the UK Operational Resilience Regulatory Self-Assessment, ensuring the annual regulatory self-assessment contains up-to-date information to support the overall assessment of the organisation's resilience status.
- Technical knowledge of the Operational Resilience Policy Statements (March 2021) and EU Digital Operational Resilience Act requirements.
- Leadership skills, including the ability to identify and resolve risks and issues, or prompt escalation to management if they are not able to be resolved.
- Communication and influencing skills, including the ability to build collaborative relationships across the business and work closely with internal customers.
- Demonstrable experience of successfully establishing Operational Resilience frameworks and capabilities in similar financial services institutions.
