Operational Resilience Governance Vice President

MUFG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to lead our Operational Resilience Governance team. As a key member of our Operations division, you will be responsible for developing, embedding, and managing the Operational Resilience framework, tools, and methodologies in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure effective Operational Resilience governance.
- Coordinate operational resilience governance forums, including maintaining diary entries, attendance tracking, and membership.
- Ensure all documentation related to operational resilience is updated in line with governance and regulatory requirements.
- Enhance and develop management information in relation to operational resilience.
- Support the creation of the UK Operational Resilience Regulatory Self-Assessment.
- Detailed knowledge of the Operational Resilience Policy Statements (FCA & PRA) and DORA (EU) requirements.
- Experience delivering regulatory change and transformation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across the business.
- Ability to develop solutions to complex problems and make recommendations to management.
