About the Role

MUFG is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Operational Resilience Governance team. As Vice President, Operational Resilience Governance, you will be responsible for developing, embedding, and managing the Operational Resilience framework, tools, and methodologies in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including Service Owners, Resource Owners, and Operational Resilience Coordinators.
  • Coordinate operational resilience governance forums, including maintaining diary entries, attendance tracking, and membership.
  • Ensure all documentation related to operational resilience is updated in line with governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance and develop management information in relation to operational resilience.
  • Support the creation of the UK Operational Resilience Regulatory Self-Assessment.
Requirements
  • Detailed knowledge of the Operational Resilience Policy Statements (FCA & PRA) and DORA (EU) requirements.
  • Experience delivering regulatory change and transformation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across the business.
