Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts effectively
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, collaborating closely with the management team
  • Assist in monitoring client account health using internal systems
  • Help managers cultivate and sustain client relationships
  • Contribute to the development and execution of new client campaigns and procedures for successful outcomes
  • Resolve daily system discrepancies
  • Upload data to internal platforms
  • Provide clients with software templates
  • Keep clients informed with regular updates on carriers and couriers, ensuring internal systems reflect these changes
  • Escalate issues to appropriate management personnel


Additional Duties:
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Respond to client emails
  • Welcome and assist site visitors

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, as well as web-based systems
  • Ability to identify and escalate issues independently
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Familiarity with order management software

Comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.

This position is full-time, office-based, with standard working hours. Free parking is available on-site.
