POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Specialist to become part of our Columbia Retail team.

You will be part of a diverse and vibrant European Retail team operating across multiple countries.

As a Retail Sales Specialist, your role will be crucial in delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. As a representative of our brand, your goal will be to comprehend customer needs, provide product advice, and propose effective solutions. Additionally, you will assist with visual merchandising to enhance sales engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver outstanding service to all customers by offering informed advice on our products to enhance their shopping experience, adhering to our Customer Service best practices. Act as a proud representative of Columbia by sharing insights on current product features and advantages. Cultivate customer loyalty through high-quality interactions aimed at boosting brand engagement and sales conversion. Ensure that all products are displayed according to the Company's visual merchandising guidelines. Support stock management and product deliveries. Maintain the store's facilities in excellent condition. Show eagerness to learn and take advantage of all opportunities for personal development and performance enhancement. Foster a positive work environment and maintain effective communication with all levels of management and staff. Adhere to company policies and procedures while suggesting improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred. Experience in retail is an advantage.

A passion for customer service and a love for engaging with people.

Proficiency in the official language of the country. Knowledge of English is beneficial.

Enjoyment of teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with numbers and capable of performing basic calculations.

Willingness to be part of a high-performing team ready to embrace challenges.

An enthusiasm for the outdoors and a desire to share that passion.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
