About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to join our team as a Business Transformation Director. This is a key role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our organization and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Business Strategy
    Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead Business Transformation
    Lead business transformation initiatives that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  3. Manage Workforce Intelligence and Systems
    Manage workforce intelligence and systems to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions.
  4. Develop and Manage Contracts
    Develop and manage contracts with external partners to ensure that they align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  5. Lead and Develop Teams
    Lead and develop high-performing teams that are equipped to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications
    Educated to Master's level or holder of relevant professional qualification in Business Management or similar field.
  • Experience and Skills
    Proven track record of leading business transformation initiatives and driving business growth.
  • Leadership and Management Skills
    Highly developed leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Commercial Acumen
    Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage contracts and negotiate with external partners.
