Job Description:

The Transformation Unit at West London NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Transformation and Inclusion Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our culture and driving transformational change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance our equality performance outcomes, including analyzing workforce data and developing targeted interventions.
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs in partnership with the Learning and Development team to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Provide guidance on EDI policies and best practices to managers and staff, ensuring a culture of inclusivity and respect.
  • Support the implementation and evaluation of the Patient and Carers Race Equality Framework (PCREF) and other EDI initiatives.
  • Participate in relevant networks and forums to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, EDI, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Post-graduate qualification in a related field or equivalent level of experience.
  • Experience in improving workforce race equality, disability standards, Gender Pay Gap, and WRES Model Employer targets.
  • Demonstrable experience and understanding of analytical methods and their application to provide high-quality, timely analysis and intelligence.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests.
  • Ability to engage with and command the confidence of health professionals and local communities.
