Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary Digital Transformation Strategist to lead our digital evolution. This newly created role will be instrumental in shaping and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust digital strategy encompassing all aspects of digital transformation, including but not limited to:
    • Assessing the current digital maturity of our systems, processes, and capabilities, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Optimizing existing systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Exploring the potential of AI and automation to drive transformative change within our operations.
    • Contributing to website enhancements, including a project to integrate our website with our CRM system.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams across the organization to ensure seamless implementation of the digital strategy and new solutions.
  • Cultivate a digital-first culture by leading initiatives, raising awareness, and providing training to empower staff and enhance our overall digital maturity.
  • Champion digital adoption throughout the organization by encouraging the use of digital tools and practices. Foster a digital mindset and promote digital literacy among our workforce.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align digital efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Develop metrics to measure the success of digital projects and initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their potential application within our organization.
  • Create an internal communications plan to ensure all staff understand the strategy and are kept informed about progress.
