About Workforce Transformation and Restructuring

The Employee Relations Workforce Transformation and Restructuring ('ER WFC&R') division is responsible for managing global change and restructuring initiatives to align the workforce with long-term objectives and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting change programmes across multiple entities
  • Engaging with stakeholders and managing workforce consultations
  • Handling various types of projects such as organisational design, process improvements, and contract renegotiations

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in workforce transformation and restructuring
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Excel
