About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Group Director of Workforce Transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation of our workforce and drive business improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive workforce transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the design and delivery of effective resourcing strategies that support the workforce transformation plans.
  • Manage the Workforce Intelligence and Systems team to ensure the provision of accurate and relevant data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement robust contract management processes to ensure efficiencies are realized.
  • Drive a strong value for money culture through procurement activities.
  • Form and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including executive and divisional level colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of operational workforce plans and ensure they are consistent with People priorities and Group objectives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Chartered Member of CIPD, CMI, CIPS, or equivalent professional status.
  • Proven track record of using digitization and technology to automate services.
  • Highly developed commercial acumen, including evidence of strong contract and financial management.
  • Sound working knowledge of lean methodology, business process re-engineering, or similar.
  • Substantial experience of leading high-performing services that balance compliance with needs of person-centered/staff experience.
  • Experienced leader able to influence and drive change and transformation at the highest level.
