About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Workforce Transformation to join our team at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce and driving transformation across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

As Director of Workforce Transformation, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our workforce transformation strategy, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to drive change and improvement. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive workforce transformation strategy that aligns with the Trust's overall goals and objectives
  • Leading the design and delivery of new workforce models and services that meet the needs of our patients and staff
  • Working with stakeholders to identify and address barriers to change and improvement
  • Developing and implementing effective change management plans to support the successful implementation of new workforce models and services
  • Leading the development and implementation of a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of leading workforce transformation and improvement initiatives, with a strong understanding of the NHS and its workforce challenges. You will also need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
