As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our Cost Management (Project Controls) team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors and will be eager to advance within our Complex Infrastructure Business Unit. This role involves engaging with both existing and prospective clients and collaborating with our Cost Management team to uphold the highest standards of technical service delivery while embracing our digital aspirations.

You will play a vital role in executing the business strategy for this rapidly growing team. Your responsibilities will include fostering a collaborative, professional, and positive work environment while fulfilling essential cost management functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Head of Cost Management, contributing to the Project Controls management team by cultivating sustainable relationships with both internal teams and clients.
  • Provide technical expertise in Cost Management services across complex infrastructure projects, including Rail, Highways, Water, Aviation, or Energy.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry benchmarks, Cost and Work Breakdown Structures, and measurement methodologies.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor, analyze, and control cost performance against established targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify cost-efficient design solutions.
  • Engage with wider project controls expertise, including schedule logic and risk management.
  • Support the development of our Cost Management capabilities, including the use of relevant software tools.
  • Lead teams in project delivery and ensure high-quality client service through regular engagement and quality assurance.
