Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Cost Control Specialists to join our Infrastructure division in the UK. In this role, you will engage in a variety of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders
  • Managing contract administration
  • Conducting project cost monitoring and reporting
  • Overseeing cost variance and contract cash flow
  • Collaborating with teams to achieve project goals
  • Driving process improvements and efficiencies
  • Leading teams and commissions as necessary

Qualifications

Relevant Experience: Previous experience in communication, contract management, cost management, risk management, and procurement is advantageous. Familiarity with technical aspects of the construction industry is beneficial.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in a relevant field
  • Professional body membership or progress towards it
