About the Role

This is a customer-facing category management position where you will drive category growth across key grocery customers. You'll be joining a leading organisation with a strong presence in the market, dedicated to delivering high-quality products while fostering innovation and sustainability.

In this role, you will leverage data and analytics to provide insights, identify opportunities, and develop tailored category development plans that drive revenue, market share, and profitability. You'll work closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams to analyse key customer commercial activities, manage category spending, and lead innovation for brand ranges.

  • Instrumental in influencing key grocery retail accounts.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Delivering data-driven category strategies.
  • Cross-functional collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and commercial.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar level Category Management role and a strong understanding of the UK retail grocery scene. You should be comfortable building relationships and working closely with customers, with a passion for figuring out what drives category performance. Experience creating and delivering successful Category Growth Plans is key, along with familiarity using tools like JDA, Nielsen & Kantar Data to make smart, data-driven decisions.
