Job Overview

Role Objective

The primary aim of this position is to design, implement, and oversee the security framework and cloud infrastructure of the bank. This includes establishing and enforcing robust security administration protocols across all technological platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and analyses of emerging security technologies within the bank, such as cloud access security brokers (CASBs), cloud data loss prevention (DLP) tools, and cloud encryption mechanisms, to enhance the security of the bank's cloud environments through effective integration.
  • Formulate and execute efficient security administration processes for all platforms, including the architecture of cloud security, in alignment with the organization's security and regulatory standards.
  • Deploy cloud security monitoring systems to identify and alert on potential security threats and irregularities.
  • Carry out investigations into incidents related to cloud security to ascertain root causes and implement timely corrective actions to minimize impact and restore normal operations.
  • Identify, assess, and implement innovative cloud security technologies and solutions to mitigate threats and bolster the bank's cloud security posture.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation and reports for senior management regarding cloud security architecture, policies, procedures, and incidents.
  • Collaborate with the cloud operations team to manage the bank's cloud security infrastructure, including identity and access management (IAM), network security, and data protection controls, to safeguard cloud resources from unauthorized access and data breaches.

Additional relevant skills in Python, PowerShell, and experience with cloud technologies (Azure and SaaS-based security technologies) are highly regarded.
