Work Environment

Role Overview

The primary responsibility of the Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant is to engage with various stakeholders within customer organizations to comprehend their business objectives. You will collaborate with customers and account teams to identify, qualify, and propose solutions that align with Vodafone's capabilities to help achieve these goals.


As part of the Pre-Sales organization, you will manage opportunities valued up to £100M TCV, working with UK-centric global clients. The significance and scale of these opportunities empower our consultants to influence transformative changes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with both private and public sector clients, understanding their procurement frameworks and processes.
  • Drive demand generation activities by proactively identifying new opportunities for Vodafone solutions.
  • Respond to customer requests for new technology or technology-derived solutions.

Candidate Profile

We seek an individual to support a major key account through its extensive transformation program. Strong skills in LAN & Wi-Fi, particularly with Meraki/Cisco, are essential, along with adaptability to learn other technologies.


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in developing business cases and realizing benefits.
  • Understanding of basic business functions such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, and Strategy.
  • Familiarity with the requirements capture process and expected outputs.
  • Knowledge of the pre-contract/sales cycle.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Teams, Office 365, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Significant experience with key technologies including WAN, LAN, UC, IoT, Cloud, and Security.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
