Job Overview:

At Usurpo, we're seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to spearhead our pre-sales/solution consulting function. This role involves providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring our solutions meet prospect requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical demonstrations and solution presentations for prospects.
  • Assess customer requirements and evaluate technical fit.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and provide technical support.
  • Assist in building business cases and ROI-backed proposals.
  • Respond to RFPs with accurate and clear information.
  • Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
  • Train and support the commercial team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, acting as a technical advisor.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or five years of relevant experience.
  • At least five years in a pre-sales/solution consulting role, preferably in enterprise software.
  • Ability to understand complex technical products and solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in responding to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with software for the CFO office.
  • Knowledge of the Accounts Payable space.
  • Multi-lingual capabilities.
