- Solution Development: Design and propose solutions that meet client requirements, leveraging your deep understanding of the Datamaran Platform and the client's business environment.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, tailored demonstrations of the Datamaran Platform to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and how they solve the client's pain points.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, addressing any technical questions or concerns that arise. Assist in overcoming any technical barriers that may impede the sales process.
- Proposal Creation: Collaborate with the sales team to create detailed proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback from clients and prospects, influencing product development and enhancements based on market demands.
- Market and Product Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to better position our solutions in the market and address client needs effectively.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at prospective client organizations, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Sales Enablement: Assist in training and educating the sales team on technical aspects of our products, ensuring they are equipped to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of ESG experience in SaaS, consultancy, or advisory. 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales engineering role, preferably within a software company.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of ESG landscape, ESG competitors, consultancies. Proficiency in conducting platform demonstrations and configuring product features to meet client requirements. Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand client challenges and design appropriate solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, demonstrating empathy and a client-first approach.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple opportunities and tasks simultaneously.
