Position Overview

Explore Group is a leading recruitment firm specializing in technology talent acquisition. We have established a strong presence in the UK and European tech sectors, collaborating with a diverse range of clients from pioneering tech startups to major financial institutions. Our focus is on sourcing both contract and permanent technical professionals for specialized and high-demand roles, including Cloud Computing, DevOps, Mobile Development, Software Engineering, and Data Science.

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team at the Senior Consultant level. This role will concentrate on one of our most lucrative and sought-after sectors. Experienced technology recruiters understand that the Software Engineering domain offers significant opportunities for success and personal branding. In this position, you will report directly to a Director, who has a proven track record in high-performance billing and oversees our recruitment teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of comprehensive recruitment experience within the technology industry
  • A demonstrated history of achieving consistent billing targets
  • Experience in generating new business and fulfilling those roles (360 recruitment)
  • Proficiency in recruiting for software development languages such as Ruby, Python, Java, or Frontend technologies

Career Development:

Initially, you will join our organization as a billing consultant, with the potential to advance through our structured career pathways. This could lead to roles such as Managing Consultant, Business Manager, Account Manager, or even the opportunity to establish your own market or region.

Compensation and Benefits:
