Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Corporate Patient Safety Team as an Administrative Support Specialist - Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the Datix/InPhase system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the administration of the Datix/InPhase system, including data processing and incident management.
  • Support colleagues within Patient Safety, Clinical Governance, and Datix/InPhase System users.
  • Assist in the migration of data from Datix to InPhase as part of a 6-month project.
  • Provide efficient, confidential, and comprehensive administration of the Datix/InPhase system.
  • Extract data from the Datix/InPhase system for use in corporate and other reports.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in using the Datix/InPhase system.
