About the Role

The Incident Administrator will be part of the Corporate Patient Safety Team and play a key role in the administration of the Datix/InPhase system and processing of incidents.

They will be responsible for generating reports from the Datix/InPhase System and supporting colleagues within Patient Safety, Clinical Governance, and Datix/InPhase System users.

The postholder will also assist in the migration of data from Datix to InPhase as part of a 6-month project.

Main Responsibilities

The Incident Administrator will support the Datix/InPhase System Manager to achieve compliance with the Learning from Patient Safety Events (LFPSE) data quality standards.

They will provide efficient, confidential, and comprehensive administration of the Datix/InPhase system, including regular contact with users to enable access to Datix/InPhase and provide advice and support regarding the use and functionality of the system.

The postholder will extract data from the Datix/InPhase system for use within corporate and other reports.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly and accept changes to areas of responsibility in line with the on-going system development and the needs of the Trust.
