About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital analytics function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing marketing strategies through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our digital marketing capabilities, including Google Analytics, transactional databases, and advertising platforms.
  • Design and implement data visualizations using tools like PowerBI and Looker to present complex data insights to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with data engineering to prioritize data models and ensure seamless data integration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including commercial analytics and data engineering.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our digital marketing capabilities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing analytics, with a strong understanding of metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and acquisition.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools, including PowerBI and Looker.
  • Strong SQL skills, with experience working with large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
