Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team at Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform digital marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources to assess the performance of digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies
  • Design and execute A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the impact of different marketing tactics on key metrics

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Marketing/Campaign/Digital Analyst or similar role, with a strong emphasis on using SQL for data analysis
  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, including setting up custom reports, dashboards, and advanced segments
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS, LTV)
