Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team at Harnham. As a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and setting up the company's marketing analytics and measurement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources to assess the performance of digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize digital marketing strategies based on data-driven recommendations
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the impact of different marketing tactics on key metrics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing/Campaign/Digital Analyst or similar role, with a strong emphasis on using SQL for data analysis
  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, including setting up custom reports, dashboards, and advanced segments
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS, LTV)
