Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and execute captivating B2B & B2C email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of marketing automation, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and promote products/services.
  • Identify and cultivate target audiences to expand our email lists and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Create personalized customer journeys to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates and content.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain effective.
  • Administer email surveys to gather valuable customer feedback and improve our understanding of their preferences.
  • Coordinate direct mail campaigns to complement and reinforce our email marketing initiatives.
  • Supply installer partners with white-label email assets and customized customer journeys.
  • Customize digital assets for installer partners to ensure seamless brand consistency.
  • Extend marketing services to installers, offering white-label print, web design, and localized digital advertising.
  • Supervise artwork briefing and management for print advertising.
  • Collaborate on press release creation with third-party agencies and internal teams.
  • Generate comprehensive reports covering all marketing activities for insightful analysis and future strategic planning.
