Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Account Handler to join our team. As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our underwriting team to ensure accurate and timely placement of insurance policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice and guidance.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience in a commercial insurance role, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
