We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Howden. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Review and analyze client documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support the quoting process.
- Assist in achieving high levels of renewal retention, while exceeding customer expectations and meeting regulatory requirements.
- Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service, internal process execution, and informed analysis.
