Commercial Account Handler

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Review client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts
- Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention and exceeding customer expectations
- Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service and internal process execution
